Mumm

Our close friendship and collaboration started in 2017 and now I can proudly say that I am a true friend of the house of GH Mumm. I have been privileged to be part of different events, tastings and wine dinners in France, Germany and Hong Kong representing their wonderful Champagnes to wine lovers and professionals. I also took part in the epic Mumm Stellar Project where I was able to enjoy Champagne from a special bottle in zero gravity together with Usain Bolt. GH Mumm has also launched La Table des Chefs restaurant in Reims, and I have helped to curate a special wine list for them. The concept is unique – every 3 months there is a different chef with a different tasting menu which gives me the great possibility to adapt the wine pairing.
