The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. is on a mission to reinvent Irish whiskey, elevating its
potential and reinvigorating the art of whiskey-making through scientific studies and expertise, sparing no expense in the pursuit of perfection. The company was born from a desire to restore premium Irish whiskey to the heights it once enjoyed. These are whiskeys of distinction, of unsurpassed expression, destined to revitalise Irish whiskey as a luxury to rival the finest wine, jewellery and art. Being passionate not only about wines but also fine spirits, since 2024 I decided to join the Craft Irish Whiskey family to gain experience and knowledge about the world of whiskeys. We also launched the Guild of Whiskey Sommelier certification to educate about the beautiful world of whiskey starting from its origins and rich history, the craft of production and ageing as well as the art of tasting and perfect serving.
